PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let TIPS Contract No. 230105 to purchase three (3) years of managed security services to monitor the security and availability of the County's critical network infrastructure and quickly mitigate emerging threats. These security services leverage cybersecurity experts to build upon the County’s cybersecurity decision-making and maturity. This purchase enhances the County’s ability to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats with hands-on, hourly monitoring, threat hunting, incident response, and customized security guidance to stop malicious activity and strengthen our security posture. Onboarding services are included.
