PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let OMNIA Partners/ Region 14 ESC Contract No. 159768 for the 3-year purchase of software license subscriptions for the Granicus Open Records Request Management System currently being utilized by the County to manage ORR. This functionality is essential to ensure the County can continue to process and manage records requests in an efficient and effective manner. Failure to obtain this functionality would significantly disrupt a critical County business process.
