PURPOSE:
The purpose of this agenda item is to adopt a Controlled Blasting and Safety Ordinance establishing clear, enforceable standards that protect residents, property, and infrastructure by strengthening oversight, improving safety protocols, and creating a consistent regulatory framework for blasting activities.
NEED/IMPACT:
