PURPOSE:
To consider approving a Consent to Sublease by Pope Retail Properties, LLC to AutoCash, Inc. and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Consent to Sublease.
NEED/IMPACT:
On January 24, 2012, The County and the Airport entered into a revenue generating Lease Agreement with Pope Retail Properties, LLC for Lease Tract A and Lease Tract B. Pope Retail Properties, LLC desires to sublease a portion of the leased premises to AutoCash, Inc., in accordance with Section 26 of the Lease Agreement. As a result of the sublease agreement, substantial benefit will inure to the public. The County Attorney has reviewed the document and approved it as to form. The original documents are in the Purchasing and Contracting Department.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Lease Agreement with Pope Retail Properties, LLC is a twenty-year revenue generating initiative from which substantial benefit will inure to the public.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the Consent to Sublease by Pope Retail Properties, LLC to AutoCash, Inc. and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
