PURPOSE:
To approve SPLOST II funding for roofing and HVAC system replacements at East DeKalb Health Clinic, Clifton Springs Health Center, Eleanor Richardson Health Building, TO Vinson Health Center, Fox Recovery Center, Kirkwood Mental Health, North DeKalb Comprehensive Health, and DeKalb Crisis Center.
NEED/IMPACT:
The funding will ensure the critical needs to provide safe and functional spaces for employees and DeKalb County citizens. These systems are beyond repair and need to be replaced immediately.
FISCAL IMPACT:
To allocate SPLOST II funds in the amount of $9,067,525.00 for the replacement of roofing and HVAC systems.

To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
