PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract (SWC) to replace and upgrade the County’s obsolescent telephone and voicemail systems. The County’s existing telephone and voicemail systems have been utilized since 2003 and upgraded last in 2007/2008; however the system is now obsolete, many features that are being requested by County departments and agencies cannot be provided. Voicemail systems have also failed on multiple occasions; upgrading the existing voicemail system ensures open records compliance with voicemail retention
