PURPOSE:

The County has utilized Fuelmaster software and hardware for over twenty (20) years. Syntech Systems, Inc. holds the copyrights to the Fuelmaster code and patents on the hardware. This request seeks to continue in annual maintenance and initiate an upgrade to the existing Fuelmaster System that dispenses and tracks fuel usage for County vehicles.
