PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 24, 2013 for an amount not to exceed $3,950,877.24. On March 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add seven (7) locations with armed services and changed one (1) location from unarmed to armed services. On November 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add one (1) location due to the relocation of Utility Customer Operations (UCO). On January 9, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,383,200.00. This request is to extend the contract term for six (6) months through July 31, 2019 and add additional funding to cover the extended period needed to allow for revision of the scope of work and conduct transition of services, if required.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
All(n)1 Security Services, Inc., 3915 Cascade Road, Suite 340, Atlanta, GA 30331
Amount Not To Exceed: $680,000.00
And authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
