PURPOSE:

To consider authorizing a change order to the PATH Project Agreement for South Fork Peachtree Creek Trail - Segment 1 to allow for FEMA floodplain coordination to be added to the scope of work; and
To consider reserving $32,350.00 of SPLOST 1 funds from line item 1E - Multi-Use Trails to cover the cost of this additional work.

NEED/IMPACT:

On December 20, 2022, the Board of Commissioners approved entering into project agreements with the PATH Foundation for the design of three segments of the South Fork Peachtree Creek Trail. The proposed change order to the existing PATH project agreement for $32,350.00 will cover the cost of this additional work.

FISCAL IMPACT:

SPLOST 1 funds in the amount of $32,350.00 will cover the additional cost.
