PURPOSE:
To amend Article III of Chapter 18 related to Nuisances to 1) add a new definition, 2) add a section establishing minimum standards for vacant property and 3) require owners to apply for a board-up permit.

The amendment will set minimum standards for vacant property and require a board-up permit.

To approve the Ordinance and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
