PURPOSE:
Appoint Mr. Joel Gross to the CID Board.
NEED/IMPACT:
In June 2016, the Board of Commissioners appointed Steve Levitan to the Greater Conley Area CID Board of Directors. Mr. Levitan’s work commitment prevent him from continuing to serve, and he is resigning effective July 11, 2017. Mr. Gross owns a business within the CID and has been an active member of the Conley Area Business Association. He provided leadership in the establishment of the CID. Appointing Mr. Gross to the CID Board will enable it to continue its work towards improving the business environment.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the nomination of Mr. Gross to replace Mr. Levitan on the CID Board and authorize the Clerk to execute all necessary documents.
