PURPOSE:
To repair a broken 48” transmission water main on Henderson Mill Road that is leaking excessively. This emergency repair was initiated to prevent the southern half of the County from being without water. Two (2) emergency quotes were received. The lowest, responsive and responsible quote was selected.

Recommend approval of the ratification for an amount not to exceed $984,760.00 with:
