PURPOSE:
To extend the time and term of the Agreement with St. Vincent de Paul through December 31, 2024, add funds in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 to provide additional housing assistance and ratify a ninety (90) day contract term extension through March 31, 2023.
NEED/IMPACT:
This Amendment will allow St. Vincent de Paul to continue providing housing assistance and water utility assistance to eligible individuals.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$50,000.00 from the American Rescue Plan funds assigned to Account 105744.63258.521209.01.01.602479 reserved for District 1.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Approve an amendment to Contract No. 1266312 to extend the time and term of the Agreement through December 31, 2024 and add funding from ARP funds reserved for District 1 in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 to provide additional housing assistance, ratify the previous day 90 day term extension and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute the Amendment in a form acceptable to the County Attorney.
