PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 24, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $390,000.00. On October 08, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st Renewal Option for an amount not to exceed $650,000.00. On October 28, 2025, the BOC approved the 2nd Renewal Option for an amount not to exceed $560,000.00. This contract consists of processing residential single-stream recycling materials, commercial cardboard and mixed paper collected by the recycling program. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through March 31, 2027, to allow for continued services while a new solicitation is currently being advertised.
