PURPOSE:
To consider amending Item 2024-1474 previously adopted on November 12, 2024, setting the Board of Commissioners' 2025 Regular Business and Committee of the Whole Calendar with the following changes:
- change the Board of Commissioners' meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 5:00 pm to April 3, 2025 at 9:00 am;
- change the Board of Commissioners' meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 9:00 am to Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 9:00 am
- change the Board of Commissioners' meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 9:00 am to Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 9:00 am;
- change the Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 9:00 am to Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 5:30 pm (with the public comment section starting at 6:30 pm)
- change the Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 9:00 am to Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 5:30 pm (with the public comment section starting at 6:30 pm).

NEED/IMPACT:
Conflicts have arisen with the originally scheduled April 3, 2025, July 1, 2025 and September 4, 2025 Board of Commissioners' meetings as set through Item 2024-1474. Additionally, the Commissioners will hold two Committee of the Whole meetings at 5:30 pm. These meetings will be held at different locations around the County to allow for more citizen involvement.
