PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 11, 2024, for a total amount not to exceed $2,244,612.76. On July 8, 2025, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option, for an amount not to exceed $1,400,487.32. This contract consists of the purchase of year-round litter removal services on seventy-four (74) County roadways, MARTA stops, Department of Transportation interstate exit ramps and medians. This request seeks to (1) add DWM to the contract; (2) add additional service locations; and (3) exercise the 2nd renewal option through June 30, 2027 for continued litter removal services every two (2) weeks, year-round. Request includes owner-controlled contingency per recommended awardee.
This substitute is submitted to revise various entries, recommended award amounts, User Department recommendation form, and service sites tabulation.
