PURPOSE:

To authorize the reallocation of an additional $2,100,000.00 of funds deposit in account 1005003.803351.541301.01.62109 to complete the purchase of the furnishings, elevator repairs, access controls, audio visual equipment, signage, and security cameras for 178 Sams Street Buildings 1 and 2.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This action reallocates $2,100,000.00 of the moneys in the general capital account to the 178 Sams Street renovation project (Buildings 1 and 2).

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Approve the reallocation of $2,100,000.00 of the funds in the restricted capital account (which funds were originally received from the sale of the Clark Harrison Building) to 178 Sams Street renovation of Buildings 1 and 2 for occupancy by several County Departments. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute any necessary documents.
