These contracts consist of providing on-call professional services to inspect Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). Awarded to Lowe Engineers, LLC, Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, and International Design Services, Inc., d/b/a IDS Global, Inc., for CONTRACT TERM EXTENSION ONLY.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 28, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $2,010,000.00. On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00. On August 25, 2020, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $1,250,000.00. On August 24, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the term of the contract to February 28, 2022. The County is required to inspect over 6,100 structures and over 999,500 linear feet of conveyances each year to comply with NPDES permit requirements. This request is to extend the term of each contract to October 31, 2022, to avoid any interruptions in completing projects.
