PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 8, 2021 to three (3) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $800,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option with two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $800,000.00. On February 16, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1252356 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00. On March 14, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1252346 to consent to the assignment of the contract's remaining funds and term from Bell Restoration to Wilpro. These contracts consist of providing disaster recovery cleaning services of water and sewage and supplementary services for repair to systems affected by spills from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option through June 30, 2024.

This substitute is submitted to revise the requested award amounts and funding amount for Facilities Management.
