PURPOSE:

Contract No. 966901 for use by the Department of Watershed Management (DWM).  Awarded by the BOC on April 28, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On April 28, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00.  This contract consists of work on machinery parts.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through April 30, 2018 for an amount not to exceed by $2,000,000.00 with:
