PURPOSE:
Consists of an emergency repair of a water main leak at the corner of LaVista Road and I-285. Repairs included excavation and replacement of piping and valves. The volume and complexity of repairs could not be adequately performed by DWM staff.

2. Justification: Threat to public safety due to ponding on roadway
caused by water main leak.
