PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 15, 2015 for $558,600.00, Phase I consists of taking pictures of all real taxable property. Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017 for $848,335.00, Phase II consists of the conversion of paper records to digital records. Phase III consists of the validation of data entered into the iasWorld CAMA in Phase I.  iasWorld is a Tyler Technologies’ product and Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the only company with the proprietary information necessary to provide the validation services using its proprietary technology and software.

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of the sole source for an amount not to exceed $477,129.00 with:
