PURPOSE:
To transfer the following budget funds from the operating account below to a new CIP project account:
06101.521209.271.0000.0000 RPCA 10-Year Master Plan $250,000
NEED/IMPACT:
In the County’s Mid-Year 2019 Budget, $250,000 was approved by the Board of Commissioners for a county-wide Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs 10-year Master Plan. RPCA is requesting the $250,000 be transferred to a CIP project account. The anticipated completion date of the plan is mid-2020. The transfer of funds will ensure RPCA have the funds needed to complete the project.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact, as this action transfers already appropriated funds.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution to transfer $250,000 from 06101.521209.271.0000.0000 to a new CIP project account for RPCA 10-Year Master Plan; and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
