PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 117E in Land Lot 020
of the 15th District for the following street: James Lake Drive, Cove Lake Drive, Sybil Street, and Angelia Court and Sarah Cove Court; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 69.2% percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The developer has paid the Georgia Power Company for the installation costs. All abutting property on this street will be assessed sixty-two cents ($0.62) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.

Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 117E in Land Lot 020 of the 15th District and have street lights installed on James Lake Drive, Cove Lake Drive, Sybil Street, Angelia Court, Sarah Cove Court; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
