RFP - Request for Proposals No. 2025-059-RFP On-Call Engineering and Design Services for Public Works Transportation & Infrastructure (Annual Contract with 2 Options to Renew): for use by Public Works Transportation. Consists of providing engineering services to initiate design of selected public works infrastructure improvement projects for the County. This request also seeks to reserve the right to transfer funds between contracts based on the needs of the County. Recommend award to the six (6) highest scoring proposers: AtkinsR?alis USA, Inc., Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Pond and Company, Arcadis U.S. Inc., Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. Total Amount Not To Exceed: $3,600,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Consists of providing professional engineering services for the design and construction of various projects including, but not limited to: intersections, sidewalks, and roadway improvements; streetscapes, localized drainage projects, traffic signalization projects, bridge replacements, infrastructure improvements, and related projects. This request also seeks to reserve the right to transfer funds between contracts based on the needs of the County. Thirteen (13) proposals were received.
This substitute is provided to revise various entries and supporting award documentation.
