PURPOSE:
Transfer from District 4 2023 Reserve for Appropriation funds (not to exceed) $78,720 to DeKalb County Community Development to support programs and services for individuals at risk of homelessness.
NEED/IMPACT:
Allocation will support individuals at risk and experiencing homelessness in DeKalb County.
FISCAL IMPACT:
