PURPOSE:
To request the Board of Commissioners review and approve the greenway trails Master Agreement with the PATH Foundation.
NEED/IMPACT:
This Master Agreement with PATH will allow the organization to provide for the planning, designing, and construction management of greenway trails in DeKalb County, Georgia The term of this agreement will commence on the date of execution of the agreement and end at midnight on the first date on which all Project Agreements have expired or terminated; with an absolute maximum agreement term of five years from date of execution of the agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The County shall pay PATH for services rendered as outlined in the Project Agreements. Funding amount and source will be determined for each project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the greenway trails Master Agreement between DeKalb County Government and the PATH Foundation; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents for the completion of the projects.
