PURPOSE:
Awarded on January 22, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $96,000.00. On February 18, 2015 Change Order No. 1 was approved to establish clarity regarding liability and ownership of documents. This contract consists of providing promotional testing services for the rank of Fire Captain. This request is to add funds for additional testing through the contract’s expiration.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract for an amount not to exceed by $115,000.00 with:
Cooperative Personnel Services, dba CPS HR Consulting, 400 Perimeter Center Terrace North, Suite 900, Atlanta, GA 30346
Amount Not To Exceed: $115,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
