PURPOSE:
On April 19, 2019 a major storm occurred which caused flooding on Meadow Vista Drive which toppled a manhole cover and caused a sewage spill into Meadow Creek. The flooding damaged a manhole and property and resulted in the replacement of a manhole riser and top, restoration and grading work around the manhole and creek bed; and restoration work to damaged residential property.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Funding: Renewal and Extension (DWM) CIP Line No. 82
2. Justification: Emergency manhole replacement resulting in a sewer spill. Sewage spills contain bacteria, viruses, and other microbes that can cause illness and are health hazards which needed to be stopped and addressed immediately.
