PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 4, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $20,348,555.00. On September 26, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No.1 to increase the funds and term through December 31, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $6,300,000.00. On December 17, 2024, the BOC approved an amendment to Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract through March 31, 2025 and increased funds in the amount of $2,182,500.00 for continued operations and community initiatives to enhance the quality of life for pets and people in the County. On March 25, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to extend the contract through June 30, 2025 and increased funds in the amount of $2,182,500.00 for continued operations and community initiatives. On June 24, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to extend the contract through September 30, 2025 and increased funds in the amount of $2,182,500.50.
