PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 11, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $706,635.00. On April 23, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract term through December 31, 2025. On June 24, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase contract funds for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. This contract consists of the installation of valves and wet taps for fire hydrant repairs. This request seeks to increase the contract term and funds through December 31, 2026.
