PURPOSE:

To consider approval of an access agreement and memorandum of understanding with the City of Stonecrest and DeKalb County, for SPLOST I project Fire Station 14.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Approval is needed for documents that will allow for the exchange of parcels of land between the City of Stonecrest and DeKalb County.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No cost to the County.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents
