PURPOSE:

For the DeKalb County Accountability Courts-Superior Court. DBHDD awarded DeKalb County Accountability Courts $197,500.00 to be used for psychiatric & nursing services, treatment services, drug testing supplies, administrative services, and transportation costs for program participants.  This request is for approval of amended contract regarding reporting requirements (Annex A: Treatment Court- Section E- Reporting Section references Monthly Performance Report Annex F)

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve Change Order No.1 amended FY20 DBHDD Contract regarding reporting requirements and authorize the chief executive officer to execute change order and all necessary documents.
