PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on February 27, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $831,746.00. Consists of upgrading from the existing JustWare software solution to the eSupervision software, for case management. In December 2024, the State Court-Probation and DoIT determined that the awarded solution did not meet the County’s long-term operational and integration needs for the State Court. The current Odyssey Supervision software is the preferred solution, as DoIT currently supports this case management system and other various electronic case management platforms. This solution will enhance operational efficiency, system integration, and future scalability for the State Court. This solution will also reduce the number of systems currently being maintained.
