CO - Change Orders to Contract Nos. 1302440, 1302434, 1302441 and 1302439 Tree Cutting and Removal Services (Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract): for use by Departments of Watershed Management (DWM), Facilities Management (FM), Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs (RPCA), Public Works - Beautification (PWB) and Roads & Drainage (R&D) Divisions. These contracts consist of providing countywide tree cutting and removal services on an as needed basis. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2026 for all four contracts. This request also seeks to increase the contract funds for Contract Nos. 1302440, 1302441 and 1302439. Awarded to Casey Tree Experts, Inc., Neda Inc. dba Garden of Aden, Sesmas Tree Service, LLC and One Two Tree, LLC. Total Amount Not To Exceed: $750,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 23, 2022, for a total amount not to exceed $7,554,975.00. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to all four contracts to increase the contract funds for a total amount not to exceed $1,555,000.00. On November 12, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract funds for Contract Nos. 1302439, 1302440 and 1302441 for a total amount not to exceed $400,000.00. These contracts are utilized by various County departments and consist of on-call tree cutting and removal services.
