PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on January 23, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $292,350.00.  This contract consists of providing the ability to verify and determine the current owner(s) for levy execution and tax sale; verify and determine the owner(s) as of January 1st of each delinquent tax year and to determine the security lien holders and/or mortgages of record for service of levy. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option.
