PURPOSE:
To approve Amendment No. 3 to Lease with South DeKalb Realty LLC (Contract Number 10-902062) providing for a twelve (12) month extension of the lease of space in The Gallery at South DeKalb for use by the Tax Commissioner’s Office. Amendment No. 3, if approved, will be effective as of September 1, 2025 and will extend the term through August 31, 2026
NEED/IMPACT:
This Amendment No. 3 will allow for the continued operation of the Tax Commissioner’s South Office to serve Motor Vehicle and Property Tax customers from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026 at a total cost not to exceed $52,000.00.

To approve Amendment No. 3 to Lease with South DeKalb Realty LLC for Tax Commissioner’s Office at The Gallery at South DeKalb and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or her designee to execute the Amendment in a form acceptable to the County Attorney or his designee.
