PURPOSE:

On April 19, 2019, the results of a heavy rain storm caused a tree to fall on top of an 8” sewer line. The sewer line broke and caused a sewer spill into Snapfinger Creek. The repair required an emergency bypass pumping plan to be set up, seventy-five (75) feet of damaged pipe to be replaced, a temporary creek crossing, and the performance of site restoration and erosion control.
