PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 23, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $9,895,518.75. This contract consists of repairs to concrete and steel beams, columns, connections, steel plates, expansion joints, waterproofing, new electrical LED lighting, inspection of existing panel boards, plumbing, HVAC unit, fire protection piping, way finding signage, steel railings, pressure washing, stairwell modifications, repainting, restriping of parking stall lines, traffic coating on all exposed parking deck areas and on stair treads, renovating the parking attendant's office and restrooms, trimming the exterior surrounding trees away from the parking deck and pressure washing all the exterior facades. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through July 14, 2025 to allow for reimbursement of permit fees, security fencing, and additional work at various levels.
