PURPOSE:
To transfer $70,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 7 account 100651.80314.541100.05.600015 to set up and fund an account for Hairston Park Development
NEED/IMPACT:
The funds are needed to complete the capital improvement project at Hairston Park including the construction and installation of a pavilion, fencing, trails and other park amenities.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the operating budget. Project to be funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 7
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $70,000 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 7 account 100651.80314.541100.05.600015 to set up and fund an account for Hairston Park Development and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
