PURPOSE:

To consider adopting the attached resolution declaring the property located at 4046 Parsons Drive, Chamblee, GA, 30341, Parcel Identification Number 18-334-01-082, as surplus, and authorizing the sale to an abutting property owner.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The petitioner, Terminus Commercial Real Estate Partners, has requested this property to be declared surplus. The property is owned by DeKalb County and the Property Appraisal Department has assessed the value of this property to be $7,500. Sale of this property would return it to the tax roll.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Sale of this property would return it to the tax roll.

To approve the attached resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
