PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off of the competitively-let National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) cooperative agreement, for the replacement of hazardous playground equipment at Hairston Park.

Recommend approval to purchase off the NJPA Contract No. 030117-LTS with:

 

PlayPower, Inc., 13620 E. Reese Blvd., Suite 300, Huntersville, NC 28078

 

Amount Not To Exceed:  $99,982.64
