PURPOSE:

To consider accepting Accountability Court Mini Technology State Grant in the amount of $5,200.00 from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) for Drug Court services and appropriating it in an existing award. 

 

NEED/IMPACT:

CJCC has awarded Drug Court a Mini Technology Grant in the amount of $5,200.00 to allow the Court to purchase computer equipment to be used with its case management software. The grant will support and enhance services received by clients of the Drug Court program. The funding period is from April 15, 2017 through June 30, 2017, and no match is required.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Total equipment cost is $5,200.00, funding has to be spent by June 30th 2017, end of State FY 17. Funding provided by Criminal Justice Coordinating Council

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept Accountability Court Mini Technology Grant in the amount of $5,200 from CJCC and appropriate it into an existing award in the grant fund.
