PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on January 28, 2020, to two vendors for a total amount not to exceed $2,268,327.85. On December 8, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal to both awardees for a total amount not to exceed $2,065,000.00. On January 11, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal to both awardees for a total amount not to exceed $2,565,000.00. On March 28, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term and funding for Contract No. 1198103 only in an amount not to exceed $3,050,000.00. On July 25, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract funds and term though July 31, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $20,000.00. This contract consists of providing stone crushed granite for use in various applications. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2024.
