PURPOSE:
To Approve a Resolution to Address Egregious Littering and the Illegal Dumping of Scrap Tires.
NEED/IMPACT:
Illegal scrap tire dumping and other egregious littering are plaguing residential neighborhoods and business districts across the county. This resolution is designed to seek a comprehensive solution for addressing this environmental, public health, and safety issue from a multi-functional approach.
