PURPOSE:
To consider a resolution to exchange approximately 16,177 square feet of Stone Quarry Road Right of Way in Land Lot 144 of the 15th District for approximately 28,982 square feet of right of way along Entrenchment Creek for the future South River Trail; and To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents for the completion of this transaction.
NEED/IMPACT:
As part of a redevelopment project, Noble Realty, Inc. has agreed to dedicate approximately 28,982 square
feet of future South River Trail right of way, valued at $202,900.00, in exchange for approximately 16,177 square feet of existing Stone Quarry Road right of way, valued at $113,30 0.00 for the redevelopment of 1070 Moreland Avenue (15 144 04 003).
FISCAL IMPACT:
