PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 7, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $2,396,538.00. On April 10, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the term of the contracts to December 31, 2019 and increased the contracts for an amount not to exceed $2,400,000.00. On June 11, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contracts for an amount not to exceed $3,400,000.00. This request is for additional funds to complete the growing backlog of stormwater infrastructure projects and to extend the contracts through December 31, 2020.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents.
