PURPOSE:
To approve a 3-year lease extension with Memorial Drive Associates, L.P. providing approximately 35,000 square feet of space for use by the DeKalb Utility Customer Operations (UCO), WorkSource and state agencies.
NEED/IMPACT:
The least extension will allow the continued operations at 4572 Memorial Drive for the UCO, WorkSource and state agencies to provide services to DeKalb citizens.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Monthly lease will be $45,383.33, a six percent increase over the previous period; effective October 1, 2026. Lease payments are paid from Facilities Management rental of real estate account 01140.522311.100.

To approve the 3-year lease extension and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute all necessary documents.
