PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 8, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $671,760.00. On February 26, 2026, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $134,352.00. This contract consists of the SAAS ProjectDox Electronic Plan Review Software, which will allow citizens to submit commercial and residential plans (i.e., engineering, constructions) electronically for review and approval. This request seeks to increase the contract’s term through August 8, 2028, and funds for continued service support, training, maintenance, and software updates for ProjectDox products for two (2) years.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Avolve Software Corporation, 4835 Cactus Road, Suite 420, Scottsdale, AZ 85254
Amount Not To Exceed: $268,704.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
