PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 126B in
Land Lot 127 of the 15th District for the following streets: Paxton Place, Callum Court, Axel Ridge, Arcadia Drive; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 100% percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised, and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents. The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs. All abutting property on this street will be assessed one dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.35) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.
